Being a new house owner, I have no idea how should I start up for my renovation after getting my flat. I am please to have engage Creative Manager Jiovian who have been a great help for the whole renovation process. She has been very comprehensive throughout the whole process. The most impressive part is the follow up process which she have put in a lot of effort in arranging and accommodating due to my irregular work timing. A wee bit late but nevertheless a special thanks to my Id Jiovian who had been most helpful & considerate!! She had been very accommodative throughout & even after my reno is done. Love his design & everyone commented on how beautiful my kitchen is. She kept me updated during the process. When I feedback about anything I'm not satisfied with, she ensures it's rectified & I'm happy with the end product. Even after hand over, she followed up to ensure everything is fine. When I told her my tap connected to the washing machine is leaking, she immediately said he will come down to check for me. That's how good his after sales service is too!! Thank you Jiovian!! We went with Jiovian for our home renovation we highly recommend him! We could not decide and made many changes to the design (sorry!) but Jiovian was patient and provided feedback and suggestions on some of our design choices. Happen to went in to R&C Design Solution for a quote and chance upon meeting Jiovian. Made my deposit on the very day. Jiovian provided excellent service and even went the extra mile of service to make me feel safe with the renovation. Renovation with Jiovian was a peace of mind and the deadline given by Jiovian was indeed accurate. Any problems encountered during the renovation was settled amicably. Even problems after the renovation was done, Jiovian provide timely support as well as rectification. I did small renovation 2 years ago before COVID locked down.\n1.  The owner Rebecca was extremely professional and helpful.  ID was discussed and adjusted to our likes.  Material selection done.\n2.  Renovation done and no problem at all, despite changing of design few times she was very accommodate.\n3.  Fast and pricing was reasonable.  The workmanship was good and lasting.\n4.  I just called for her help after 2 years, she still very helpful to get me an electrician despite not her scope of work.<\/div> <\/span> <\/div> <\/div>  <\/div>
